Holy cow is this minerally! The fruit didn’t come out to play until the second day. By then there was a load of crisp, straw-inflected barely-ripe pear and apple fruit to cover the intense stoniness. Bone dry and very intense for a Pinot Blanc. Great value. No hurry to drink.
