Consumed last week with a Berkshire pork chop done on the Traeger grill. Yes, can you believe how well this value Riesling ages! Young and vibrant texturally, light secondary petrol-like flavors on the nose and palate. It’s not so much that a wine is for the cellar, as THIS wine aged well in the home cellar.
