Had this at a restaurant with a nice pasta bolognese. Consistent quality year to year. A blend of 80% Sangiovese and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon, Dark Ruby with aromas of fresh black fruit, sweet cacao and herbs. On the palate ripe blackberry, cherry and red plum flavors with tobacco and cedar notes. Fine tannins with a medium+ finish, ending with a savory and earthy character. Have a glass now as it’s tasting great. Has good short-term aging potential. Nice value! A Fav!
