We were scared this would be tired, and as we poured it, the slightly amber colour worried us still. we need not worry. This is a peach of a wine. Rich in citrus fruits backed up by apricots and a fine flinty mineral streak, faithful to its Burgundian roots. A real treat, especially as my father pulled this out of a recess in his cellar.
