Lovely — starts with a light acidity and some minerality and possibly a touch of salinity— a bit some white fruit and lychee on the nose. Opens in the glass to a creamy white fruit with a bit of flower and hay. A pleasure to drink over the course of an evening with a lemon roast chicken.
