Soaking up Paris for the holidays. Made my late mom's traditional xmas-eve clam chowder, sourced from our neighborhood Marché Maubert. Lemon curd, stones, caramel. Bracing acidity. Long finish. Happy.

Dauvissat Chablis 1er La Forest 2013. Linear and mineral and then gains fat on the palate. A bit too leesy for very briny oysters.
