Dec 7th, 2019Enjoyed this Gavi. Fruity and not too acidic. A little bit of carbonation gave it a nice mouth feel and brought out some minerality. Would buy again.

Paired perfectly with pork! (And baked apples) Nicely acidic with rind of lime, watermelon and green apple. Balanced finish. A new favorite white!
