Just a classic CCR. Nose developing nice tertiary notes but still has some beautiful macerated wild cherry fruit. Loads of savory and mineral notes on the palate, which has very good flavor concentration in a medium bodied frame. Textbook and so nicely balanced.

See past notes. This time I am not as pleased. Quite stemmy on the nose and palate. Cherry dominant. Quite tannic. Sharp.

Jun 26th, 2021More notes next bottle. Red bricking at the edge. Sour red cherry. Nice aromatics. Good weight. Medium acidity. The super drying grainy tannins, at this time, renders it off balance. But this is an unbelievable value. More notes with more bottles to follow.
