This is a wonderfully unique wine run through ancient marine sediment after passing through fragrant wildflowers, honey and a patch of green tomatoes and lime. Juicy and rich minerality that seems disgorged from a mountain stream.

Just delightfully fun. Great bouquet to start, acid to balance and a bit of smoke for the high. Super nice.

A most impressive Malvasia Istriana that I haven't had stateside from a producer I adore. Precise, crispy, minerally, tremendous length…exciting wine.

Crazy vegetal spice notes, radish root and leaves

Absolutely stunning, briny, crispy and mineral driven with a waxy texture. Notes of figs and sweet lemon but still fresh and dry. Wow!
