This is one of 300 bottles pulled out of the remnants of a winery fire in Chelan last year. 80 barrels or '12 and '13 lost in the span of 45 minutes. Four Lakes Winery has come back from that and did this gem. It was surprisingly tight on take off. We have it about a half hour and it opened up very nicely. Fruit forward with a slight limestone action on the tippy-toey end. I've had fire-surviving wine before, but I'll remember this one. PS: my first was a 2000 Erath Pinot Noir.
