Mango. Sea salt. A pinch of cayenne. Paired this with spot prawn sushi, sea beans, and ice plant. Throw this wine at any seafood dish. Gorgeous!

Meh, not bad but not memorable. Some yellow stone fruit but also herby & astringent, looking for more of a suave vibe from Greco - maybe a bit underripe? Had some mineral & saline elements- with good acidity so it wasn’t altogether unpleasant, just think it was rather austere

Seashells, baseball chalk, this Greco is the tousle-haired brother to flinty Chablis from a different father. Wants seafood, camping under the stars, and sexy appetizers with roasted garlic. A delightful wingman to all the fun life asks us to have!
