Fiano di Avellino 2019

Bright and succulent, slightly textural, great layers, very persistent. Very delineated flavors of peach, salted preserved lemon and watermelon Jolly Rancher (which really jumps out at the nose). Benefits tremendously from 24 hours of air. Decanting recommended. — 16 days ago

We consumed most of this too cold. It really showed well closer to cellar temperature. — 10 months ago

Beneventano IGT Falanghina 2018

Medium yellow with some greenish reflections. The nose is rich with an intense mix of apple, pineapple, and citrus. Fresh and clean with lime, green apple and a crushed stone minerality that adds depth. The medium length finish is clean and resonating with notes of pear, white pepper and honeysuckle. — 3 months ago

Greco di Tufo

Perfect for cutting through a mackerel salad (and lying in the spring time sun in the garden to relax it off). Can't think of any notes, fruits or olfactory sensations as we drank it too quickly. — 6 years ago
