Unti really has nailed Italian varietals in dry creek valley. There's never anything 'put on' about their wines. Balanced and always great with a wide variety of food.

So many fond memories of visiting this winery come flooding back when I taste this wine. Juicy, fruit forward and delightful.

Tres pleasant: Strawberry jam, rhubarb pie, candy cane and gun flint on the nose. Continues to cocoa nib and suggestion of American Spirits. Bit of Bourbon barrel finish. Best part? The balance. Has a signature Dry Creek quality together with lots of Italianate astringency. Cotton candy holler back. *Nice*
