A show stopper. Complex, delicate and devoid of the normal fruit flavors one might expect from a CA sparkler in favor of briny minerality and orange oil. Beat the pants off of ruinart rosé.

Rhubarb compote, strawberries, wildflower fresh honey, chalk, grape skin. Moves towards richness then immediately dials back with a crisp and taut finish. A decent amount of extract that brings a slightly grippy texture to it.

This is easily one of the most compelling wines I've drunk this year. A vinosity any Champenoise would kill for, but simultaneously graceful and agile. So masterful it seems almost effortless
