Mar 10th, 2021Aroma came up very easily, showing extreme floral and feminine aromas with silky texture of shiraz. It is rich but never too full. Maybe the most elegant shiraz that I've ever tasted in these days.

Nice crisp Shiraz with a nice spicy edge. But without the typical earthy, roasted, jammy notes. So it remained somewhat single note and did not evolve into a more fully bodied multi layer, rich Shiraz that I had expected and longed for. Drinking on a night that hope arises again and decency, respect for one another and a change at prosperity for all will become a norm again. The power of example.
