Pink/orange color with long legs and a deep hue, this is a very mature rose. Fresh ripe strawberries with the green leaves still attached, hints of orange rind and raspberry jam, with a touch of hibiscus and rose water deeper down. Medium bodied, silky texture, with deep flavors that ultra ripe red fruits, with cognac like richness, hints of blood orange, maybe some grapefruit, roses, not much acidity, and a finish that has a slightly alcohol freshness, not bad, just bigger than you’d expect from your typical rose.
