Cindy brought this in and I must say that it has developed beautifully since I last tasted it. Red and black plum. Hints of currants with a gorgeous tannins and a finish to match. A very close second to Acaibo.

Sipping Fine Wine

Wine spent 12 months in French oak (40% new), a blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Cabernet Franc and 6% Merlot. Ruby with ripe fruit aromas and sweet spice notes. On the palate tart cherry and plum flavors with cacao and touch of chewy leather notes. Good acidity and balance with smooth integrated tannins, resulting from winemaker giving grapes more hang time to gain full maturity and ripeness. Lingering ending with fruit character, should age well. Nice, small production.
