Aromas of overripe bruised apple, cantaloupe, acacia, and honey. A touch of sourness, like a sharp sheeps milk cheese. The palate has brilliant acidity and focus, but a bit of creaminess to balance it out. This is delicious young but I can see how many look forward to drinking with some age.

Like apple pie and lemon meringue pie had a pie baby. š„§ And then it was sprinkled with baking spices and lightly toasted nuts. One of my fave white wines, ever.

Okay, so, you know that one day, usually in September, when itās unusually cold and the air is crisp and you just start to see a few leaves fall and thereās football on and apple pie just magically appears and youāre just like āf yes, itās fall!ā?
Thatās what this tastes like. And itās amazing.

Starting things off on the lighter side with some Alsatian white wine...great pairing with turkey. Classic Alsatian PG nose with honeyed peach, honeysuckle and a touch of petrol. A lot of mineral driven notes on the palate but not quite gravely. More limestone than anything. Apple tart and acidic finish.

Changes your perspective on Pinot Gris! Bright pale gold color. Finely knit and creamy, juicy peach, ripe pear, ripe smoky tropical fruit, and a nutty, salty finish that just goes on and on. Elegant, balanced, and well-structured.
