When Tokaji delivers with a creamy, fleshy texture and vivid acid, its credentials cannot be questioned. This blew us all away.

My first encounter with a Tokaji Aszu and I'm pretty satisfied. On the nose it has apricot mingled with grapefruit skin. If you know an Asian flower, sweet osmanthus, the smell of the wine is quite similar(only less sweet) to it. On the palate it's even better. Sweet, medium++ acidity, rounded, luscious. In one word, precise. Finishes quick and clean(surprisingly).
