Purple/ ruby in color with medium intensity and a reddish rim.
Fruity nose with cherries, light oak, vanilla, red candy, earth, light vegetables, spices and black pepper.
Medium-bodied with medium acidity and nice legs.
Dry on the palate with cherries, sweet strawberries, plums, wood, licorice, spices, dark chocolates, light earth and black pepper.
Medium in length on the finish with fine grained tannins and cranberries.
This is a simple Cabernet from California. Nicely balanced with a soft mouthfeel. Good right out of the bottle and drinking nicely by itself.
Very easy drinking right now (3 year old). Better when lightly chilled. After 45 minutes it opens up and shows some tannins.
13.5% alcohol by volume.

Fruity on the nose with black currants, barnyard, earth, plums, cherries, coffee, dark chocolates, light green vegetables, vanilla, licorice, wood, baking spices and black pepper.
Medium plus in body with medium plus acidity and long legs.
Dry and fruity on the attack and tart on the mid palate, with cranberries, raspberries, plums, cloves, spices, earth, oak, light vanilla and peppercorn.
Medium plus on the finish with extremely soft tannins and sour strawberries.
An average red wine from California. Good everyday wine and better with food and good for parties, too. Very simple and unbalanced right now. Some more time in the bottle might do some good.
