Smells…surprisingly good. Fruity, almost a little perfumed. Smooth, vanilla, oak, fruity. Much richer mouthfeel than you’d ever expect for a $4 wine. Best wine deal I have ever found. We drink it with spaghetti. Tastes like $18 or so; much like the so called “good deals” of Napa. So long as you’re not out off by the oaky, vanilla taste - it is always worth keeping around.
