May 9th, 2016 2006 San Leonardo is drinking very well with 2015 Thanksgiving Dinner. Opened bottle at 10am and poured around 6pm. Give it time to open up. Dark garnet in cooler with smooth dark fruit on the nose. Expressive grilled herbs and brisk acidity. Drink now for an exceptional bottle.

A gem! Very well balanced and elegant wine with silky smooth tannin, ripe black cherry, hint of wood, lovely sweet aroma on the nose, savoury on the palate.
