Garnet hue with medium saturation. Aromas and flavors of cherry, earthy, lavender, tar, tomato, vanilla, and violet. Medium body; medium yet firm tannins; and medium-high acidity. Beautifully aromatic on the nose, with balance and elegance on the palate.

A solid wine, I like the oak aging, the nose, and the finish, though nothing stood out in particular for the price to me. I want to look for more Sangiovese wines to see if I enjoy another one for a better price.
