Great drinking window about 10 years old. The usual and then the maturity kisses it with char and olives. Perfect with home Italian night of sautéed pasta (non tomato based… all the other good stuff… because sometimes the tomato steals too much show, even from the wine).

My new favorite Toscana. Very well balanced. I’ll write a better review on the next bottle. It was awesome with a salad and antipasto. Light and smooth

Nice royal purple in the glass. Lots of blueberries, raspberries, plums, and dark cherries on the nose. The wine explodes on your palate. It has nice structured tannins. Flavors of leather, earth, and dark fruits. A nice lingering finish. In this price point a perfect example of another stunning Super Tuscan.

Bright, fresh, and snappy. Maybe three words that for wine mean the same thing. But that's ok. Cherry, raspberry and strawberry. A bit of anise and tar as well, but doesn't lose its lift despite the slightly singed flavor. 91 on immediate opening. A couple hours in, 93+ and perhaps cherry cola.
