Sipping Fine Wine

Taittinger established in 1931 by Pierre Taittinger on the foundations of Forest-Forneaux, itself established in 1734 and the third-oldest wine producing house of Champagne. Blend of 50% Chardonnay & 50% Pinot Noir from Montagne de Reims. Pale lemon with aromas of complex stone, berry and citrus fruits with some nutty biscuit notes. On the palate flavors of apple, peach and subtle cherry, crisp with a toasty character. Long finish ending with fruit and yeasty mineral character.
