Tablas Creek Vineyard
Esprit de Tablas Adelaida District Mourvedre Blend

Very nice balance and more delicate than I was expecting. The tannins were quite supple and the alcohol felt lower than what was listed. Bright, ripe red fruit on the nose mixed with fresh soil, subtle herbaceous character, and a spicy note on the finish. This would pair with a dish that doesn’t have any overwhelmingly strong sauces or seasoning. Let this beautiful wine shine!

Fabulous aroma and a beautiful color. Black raspberry, sweet prunes, cherry cola, and bit of pepper. Long, satisfying finish.
