Bright green-gold in the glass…lemon, pineapple, yuzu notes with a hint of green grass with lively acidity. Serious weight, nicely dry, touch of bitter grip on the finish. Tablas whites make wonderful dinner companions. Very nice foil for good Greek takeout of pasticcio, simple chicken kebabs, and skordelia. Opah!
