This is most likely going to be my summer banger for 2018. Light Ruby/pink hue with an oceans worth of watery rim. Not typical of traditional sangiovese, this was served chilled and is super fruity on the nose, evoking wild strawberries and fresh herbs and a slight balsamic note. The palate makes me dizzy with it's rush of acidity that quickly fades and is reminiscent of effervescence. This is light and fresh, fruity and fantastic.

Hello Brightness. Carbonic Sangiovese. Easy drinking wine meant to drink chilled. Light bodied. I see myself enjoying this one a bunch during the upcoming warmer months. Strawberries and freshness. 12% ABV.

I had a 2020, but it’s possible something happened with it. The color was muddy, and the wine itself was terrible. I’d never buy another bottle, but if I was able to taste it again to confirm, I would.
