Refreshing and crisp. Aromas and flavors of tropical fruits and lemon. Hints of gooseberry, grass and saline. Bright acidity. Really nice on the front pallet but tailed off a bit on the finish. Opened up pretty well with some air.

A kindly full SB, with slight citrus fruit, dry, but not bland, and not acid and no aftertaste. Great on its own! Very refreshing. Thanks Auntie!
