I would hesitate to call this smoky (but I'm a lagavulin/lafroig drinker). It's more grainy and bready, with some dried golden fruit. Really tasty bottle. Almost Irish in style.

Very aromatic, a smooth buttery honey with hits of toasted marshmallows.

Well balanced and smooth, but the palate is ultimately disappointed not to recive the full promise anticipated by the nose.

Fantastic. Salty and briny with a bit of smoke to balance it out. Very easy scotch from one of the last independent distilleries in Ireland.
