Black cherry, cola, and raspberry notes, with moderate tannin structure, still fruit forward and could age for 2020 or beyond.

Wish I had another bottle to hold for 5 more years. Still tight and evolving. Tannins strong, fruit powerful. Like a vodka cherry pie. Second glass smoothed out.

Lovely nose of cherry, strawberry and a hint of rose petals. Well structured red and black fruit with a cola backbone on the palate. Moderate plus and consistent acid from start to long finish. This is a big but disciplined Pinot that falls somewhere between a California and Burgundy style.

2012 Mineral Springs White Label Pinot Noir. Nose: covered fruit, mostly earthy tones, medicinal-alcohol finish, high tannins, floral/herbal tones. Taste: very light astringency, fruity sweetness on the tongue, dark cherry and plums, slightly spicy bite
