Aug 9th, 2021interesting wine. Super complex. Very floral nose (yuzu, geranium, & dandelion). I didn’t care how perfumey it is but hubby loved it. Taste was immaculate though. So refreshing. Tart, balanced acidity, lemon, yuzu at the finish. Does not linger. Paired with saag paneer (because why not) and it held up well. Would have again, especially to share with others who have more adventurous palates.

Lovely summer white. Extremely floral, sweet lemon on the nose. Completely dry and not very expressive on the palate.
