What is the hype about the Sine Quanon wine? High in alcohol and the fruits over ripened. No structure. What do you paired with? I must say it went well with a mixed greens salad. My Domaine des Tours 2012 was much better the Dine Quanon 2013. $350 vs. $34.

24 hour decant is what she likes. Catches you off guard..starts straight forward then that sappy middle denseness sinks in. Core of boysenberry, raspberry, tobacco? Like most of his stuff, it’s a journey. Saturated without being cloying….it’s dope

SQN Saturday part deux. Dark garnet and crazy legs. Plum and red vines on the nose. Unripe plum mid-palate. 15.7 ABV! Super velvety on the finish. Love!
