Consistently incredible. Still one of my all time favorite chards. Made by TRB - this is the prefect balance between a Chablis and New World chard to me. Honey, apricot, vanilla and a crisp, yet rich texture. I love it.

Don’t think I’ve seen or heard of this label before, but saw that TRB is the winemaker. It’s rich without being over the top. Quite floral too. Honeyed almonds, lemon pie, and freshly baked croissants. Worth seeking out.

The name means "understated elegance" which perfectly describes this wine. Beautiful, rich Chardonnay but still very balanced. For lovers of dense, buttery (but not too oaky!) Cali chards this should be on your must try list. Thomas Rivers Brown doesn't make too many Chardonnays, but those he does (this, Maybach, Rivers-Marie) are just incredible.

2011 Shibumi Chardonnay, always a winner here. Just came in and learned by previous it close down caused by bottel chock and Will first open up again in 4 - 6 month
