high acid, at least partial malo? and some used oak? Acid keeps this bright and fresh, I think it’s a crowd pleaser- when you want to please the buttery AND acid fans, this can do it. I like it

Definitely not for me. Apple forward but kind of a sore/rotten apple. Not much cream. Not very pleasant for my palate.
