Singing beautifully at 12. Round cassis fruit with lots of gorgeous secondary notes rising to the surface

Not as earthy as many Bordeaux's. After two hours in the decanter, the fruit nose backed off and it developed nicely with a firm tanin and yet, a light velvet feel in the tongue. Deep hue and good viscosity. Went well with the hearty Italian food.

Awesome. Give it 5 hours. Has that beautiful coffee/chocolate palate. I know it's left bank, but I would almost go Angelus on this. Do not pop and pour!
