Very nice Zin. Layered red and black jammy fruit with notes of cocoa and good oak integration. 7 years later seems like the perfect time to drink this wine.

Not as fruit forward as others by the winery, dark fruit, but not overly jammy, spice notes and a slight gamely note to it, might of been the lamb.
