Merlot round table: an example of Napa Merlot beefed up with Cab & PV. Great texture (polished and velvety) with nicely developed secondary notes. One of Napa' best Merlots.

Bright dee red color w blueberry red fruits. Palate shows good front and mid palate fruit bomb intensity, solid silky soft tannins.

Double decant and pour (decent sediment). A formidable dark garnet color with some bricking. On the nose: very aromatic nose of dark plum, green vegi, leather, sandlewood, menthol, wet forest floor. Taste: soft, rich, medium body wine with dark plum, tobacco, smoke, minerals, and a very dry spicy minty mocha medium plus finish.
