Sea Smoke
Southing Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir

This wine is the 2012 Sea Smoke Southing Sea Smoke Estate Vineyard Pinot Noir.
On the nose there is raspberry, cranberry, cherry, mushroom, clove, forest floor and earth.
On the palate I get plenty of raspberry, tart cherry, cranberry, clove, soft oak, mushroom and earth.
This is a medium bodied wine withe a smooth mouthfeel medium+ to high acidity and medium fine tannins that lead to a medium to medium + red fruit earthy finish. Definitely a beautiful wine and after 10 yeard of age is still fresh and youthful. I hope everyone's weekend has been fun and enjoyable as we look forward to another big week. Please stay safe and healthy. Nostrovia! 🍷🍷🍷🍷

One of my favorites. Kills it every time. I know will just get better with age.

I love Sea Smoke but this one was way too young and needed hours upon hours in the decanter before it actually opened up. Looking forward to it in a couple of years.
