This is the 2018 coferment with apple cider, Sauvignon blanc wine, and kefir leaves at the end. Excellent cider/wine. Definitely more on the funky cider. This one would be very refreshing on a hot day, but very complex. Tons of lime, grass, funk, apples, pear, an almond/marscapone like flavor as well. Most excellent!
