Deep ruby in color with a purplish rim.
Clean and gentle nose of blackberries, blueberries, figs, plums, cherries, oak, licorice, strawberry jam, vanilla, spices, bubble gum, metals, cherry pie, nail polish remover and peppercorn.
Full bodied, rich and smooth, with medium acidity and great looking legs.
Fruity on the palate, with blueberries, plums, cherries, strawberries, licorice, vanilla, leather, pencil lead, spices and peppercorn.
Long finish with firm tannins and black pepper.
This is a great Napa Cab. Great looking bottle too.
Nicely balanced and complex.
Needs an hour (at least) to open up, so be patient.
Enjoyable by itself or with food, like a nice piece of steak.
I enjoyed it all by itself, it's like having a candy.
Delicious.

One of the best value cabs you will find under $20¡ Sometimes I want a luscious, flavorful, full on chewy cab. This delivers! Deep notes of blackberry, cassis, cerise, plum, and a touch of oaky vanilla. Nice balance and body. 9.0

For me I call this a great Friday wine, but it's been a very long week so I deserve it on a Thursday. The tannins are pleasant and not too heavy at all, it has some awesome fruit notes and a wonderful bite on the finish; looks deep and bold in the glass but a s more if a medium body. I'm quite very pleased with it, well worth the $22 I paid. Cheers!

Huge viscosity in this super extracted gravy of a mouth feel. Cranberry and dark, juicy fruits dominate. Some slight tannins and smokey vanilla. Low+ acidity. Kind of hot in the mouth...Some mild ethanol while swishing.
