If I learned anything, I’ve learned that wine gets better with age. This fruit forward Cabernet has flavors of plum and dark cherry.

Overpowering Cabernet that was even too much for my filet mignon. Bold and intense red fruit, followed by very intense acidity. This wine is so intense that I believe it will age for many years, and it might be more approachable 5 years from now. I had it out 2 hours before consuming but that did not reduce the intensity or mellow it out. On the other hand, the value/price ratio for this wine is extraordinary, and it is hard to find a Cabernet at this price that delivers this much flavor.

Solid cab. Nice legs. Deep Purple colour. Good finish. Enjoyed this with a Friday steak and it went very well. I am a Lodi guy but this was a nice treat from a different region.
