Last bottle I tried was ‘15, this is no better. Pale lemon with tropical fruit aromas and heavy oaky spice. The palate shows basic stone fruits with citrus tang and pungent oaky spice. The wine had too much oak, probably used staves, but thankfully the finish leaves quickly. Pass, better Chards out there at comparable prices. Tasting Sample.

Pretty decent. A bit spicier than I'd usually prefer but I appreciate that it isn't an alcohol bomb on the tongue. It's not a butter bomb (which I admit I like), but has an ok creaminess. Fruit forward. I might buy again at a good price but if there are other chards I haven't tried at the same price point, I'd probably choose them instead.

Second day notes: much better the second day. Open the bottle and wait a day. I'd buy again.

Slight honey nose, butter, oaky flavors, low acidity until finish when Almost effervescent. Fine, drinkable, but not our favorite.

Apple tart on the nose. The wine is young which is affecting the structure and complexity of the wine. On the palate there is a slight bit of pear and vanilla.
