A hedonistic style, with tropical fruit and balance, like Lucia with less oak

Even better on day two. Delicious balance between richness and nerve - lemon curd, white flowers and a touch of pineapple welded to wet stones.

My favorite, drink now, chard. Nicely balanced oak and acidity. Not an oak bomb at all

Pop and pour with some Hog Island oysters shipped overnight and shucked by me(whew, took some time...damn, they make it look so easy at the restaurant).

A tempting pale straw color. On the nose: lemon, tropical fruit, vanilla, orange peel. Taste: subtle notes of fruit..lemon,lime, banana....with some vanilla, medium acidity, leading to a crisp finish.
