Ridge Vineyards
Three Valleys Sonoma County Zinfandel Blend
On the nose: crushed raspberries, floral bouquet, strawberries, cinnamon,
clay.
On the tongue: raspberry, graphite, pepper cinnamon, and spice.
Nice and approachable Zin. Just enough structure to clear a nice lean bison burger.

Pale purple color. Aromas of dark cherry, rhubarb and licorice. Haunting cherry flavors through black licorice and cedar. Paired nicely with Sous Vide steak.

Jan 7th, 2019Lighter than the average Zin yet tasty with notes of berry and spice. Good with filet, although I’d probably age it a bit.

May 19th, 2018I am a Ridge fan but I have learned they have many wines. This one was a big juicy fruit forward Zin.
I had a Syrah recently that was sour grapes so I will stick with trying their zins. They have a 50 that is awsome as well.

Really good Zinfandel. Well-balanced. Smooth and fruity. This will definitely be my go to Zinfandel.
