What an absolute joy! A generous gift from an old friend, well cellared and in its prime. I think this is what Heidi was thinking when she made the wine. Perfumed aroma, silky on the palate, lots of spice, great acidity really balanced. Pure joy in the glass. I wish more folks had this experience of beautifully aged Napa Valley Cabernet. Then they wouldn’t drink these gems too young. Thanks Richard!

Nice dark cab with solid tannins and good robust flavor to it. Still drinking young

Paired well with steak! Good blackberry and dark fruit flavor and solid tannic backbone.
