Our first Ft. Ross! Over ripe rasberry and oak chips, delicious! Enjoyed along side wonderful the wonderful company of Carla and husband Jamie this afternoon at the Tanglewood season finale, Beethoven's 9th, a stunning work of strings and chorus, makes the hair on my arms stand up, so amazing!

Pretty wine! Great balance between high-toned and base notes. Rose, anise, and herb. Excellent structure

Consistent with notes from 10 months ago. Bright,
tart and balanced. Nice savory finish. I thought it might develop further but think it’s at or near peak though you likely have 2-3 years before any real decline.

Beautiful garnet color. Cranberry and plum notes with just a little white pepper. Nice acidity and very vibrant. Another great one from Red Car. Not sure if it will develop further from here - freshness seems to indicate it has the stuff to develop a bit more.

Very nice floral accents on the nose. Great fruit but not over-powering. Elegant mouthfeel and finish. Very nice bottle of wine.
