Salem Wine Co. Gamay

Could be a cru Beaujolais! Great tart red fruit with a good dose of minerality. Drank over 2 days and it held up nicely.

Spicy! White pepper on the nose that carries through to the finish; rich black cherry fruit throughout.

Salem Wine Co. is Raj and Sahshi's "negociant label" for wines from purchased fruit (?) But this isn't purchased fruit...The younger block of Gamay at Seven Springs, the last year the two were bottled separately. (?) Love this wine, as good as any Gamay anywhere.
