Wow!!! Love Nebbiolo!!! A soft and present tannin, still some violet and mint aromas. Great example of Italian quality wine..

Earthy fresh turned soil, cherry compote, a little soy sauce and nice umami. Dried herbs, freshly chopped. Wonderful balance and tension. Lots of sediment- settles and filtered best we could. Tannins are integrated perfectly with the acidity.
