Decanted 2 hours. Like a big bouquet of roses. Refined elegant tannic structure. Love it!

From magnum. Super funky nose for first 15-20 minutes. Totally blew off and gorgeous full bodied wine with deep color, black fruit, tar, balance and 45 second finish one just savors. Home run.

Oh my God! Don't know where to begin with this incredible Barolo. Aromas: cherry, mint, leather, smoke and game. Tasting this wine is a sublime experience that reminds me how I first got into wine through Italian varietals. So food friendly with silky tannins and flavors of cherry and leather. A special wine.

BBQ is hot & so is the #FilthyGoodVino Love Barolo with exception texture, earthy Yumminess & a delicate edge of funk

What a mind blower! Forget rating this wine for a moment and focus on the complexity and layers of flavor.

This is showing soaring aromatics with dark, balsamic inflected cherry, spice, floral tones, plum and espresso. Concentrated yet lifted on the palate with intense medicinal cherry, sweet herbs and minerals. Long, lingering cherry and hints of undergrowth on the finish

1999 Aldo Conterno Gran Bussia. Amazing power & core of fruit. Wish it had an edge more acid. Again delicouse stunning texture. The can't wait for a couple years more on them
